Administrator (Contract 6 Months Maternity Cover, Part tiem ) £26,000
3 days a week Wendsday, Thursday, Friday
My client is looking for an experienced administrator to work with in a corporate bank. Versatile, experienced and self motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have a polite and diplomatic manner, experienced in office administration. Ideally you will have gained experience while performing a similar role to that required; or essential qualities demonstrated whilst performing an allied role.
Knowledge of the latest versions of Word, Excel, Email and other administrative software highly desirable.
·Diary and appointment management.
·Provide telephone coverage during business hours.
·Co-ordinate all travel arrangements via the travel office
o Flights
o Hotels
o Visas
o Taxi and car pick-ups
·General typing of correspondence, Excel spreadsheets, reports and compilation of Management presentations in Power Point.
·Processing expense claims
·Coordinating meeting rooms internally and externally.
·Scheduling and setting up meetings, conference calls, video conferences as well as WebEx meetings.
·Setting up PC logins and Lotus Notes access for staff around the estate.
·Holiday cover between both administrator positions.
·Occasional travel and visa applications for Project and Critical System Teams
·Weekly location schedule
