Joining as a Recruitment Consultants you will inherit a warm, dual desk, with a mix of existing business but the focus will be on business development and bringing new clients on board. You will take on a 360 recruitment role placing candidates into the Pharmaceutical market with salaries from £30K-£150K, into some world class companies.
Introducing our client, they were created to provide recruitment solutions to the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets across the globe on a permanent, contract, freelance and retained search basis. The working environment is excellent, using the latest technologies & databases, effective marketing & branding and a solid admin support function. They are now looking to expand their Birmingham based team with fresh new Recruitment Consultant to generate revenue and maximise sales.
You will need strong experience in Pharmaceutical recruitment with proven billing achievements to qualify for this role. You will be professional, mature and motivated, with a flair for business development and building rapport with clients, you will be hungry to earn great money and succeed in all you do.You will receive full support and guidance as well as various benefits including a strong commission structure and private healthcare - this is a great opportunity to progress your recruitment career.
