SOLICITOR - COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
Blackpool
Full-time Monday - Friday, 9am 5pm, 35 hours per week
Salary - £20,000 - £40,000 negotiable

We are seeking an experienced 3-5 years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor who will run their own caseload and have the ability to proactively business develop the Fylde coast area.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of dealing with general commercial property cases and sales / acquisitions, landlord and tenant and secured lending matters. They will be at ease when business developing new Clients and servicing existing Clients.
Excellent organisational, written and IT skills are essential, knowledge of Microsoft office suite and case management system(s) is vital to this demanding role.
This role is within a fast paced environment and requires exceptional file management skills with a good level of attention to detail to ensure efficiency.
