Job Description

The UK's second largest defence electronics suppliers and one of the worlds most innovative companies is looking for an experienced PA - French speaking to join their team on a temp basis.

Pay rate: £32-38k per annum (pro rata)

Assignment length: 6 months (could be extended)

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Purpose of role:
To provide PA and admin support to Deputy CEO

Duties:
- Detailed and complex diary management
- Organisation of internal and external meetings
- Manage highly complex travel itineraries
- Assist with event organisation, attending and hosting delegate entry or exit / seating plans etc; travel shadowing where required - typical locations are London, Crawley, France;
- Creation of all meeting packs and presentations
- Completing expense claims and monitoring records
- Receiving emails, redirecting where required, responding to many on behalf of Deputy CEO
- Screen and redirect incoming calls / post
- Type reports / correspondence
- Regularly volunteer for transverse activities across the business working across teams
- Provide 'buddy' support to any other PA within the business covering holidays and absence;


Experience and skills required:
- Previous experience supporting high end CEO or VP level
- Highly competent in all MS Office Applications
- Accurate speed touch typing
- FLUENT FRENCH (essential)
- Ability to proactively delegate tasks to relevant departments / other PA's as and when appropriate
- Highly organised; Strong interpersonal skills both written and oral
- Willing and able to adapt to change and add value; patient; strong team player; Flexible and approachable working style
