Job Description

Independent Insurance Advisor- An excellent opportunity with a leading national and independent insurance broker.

As an Insurance Advisor, you duties will include: 

• Advising customers on both new insurance policies along with a high emphasis on retaining business through renewals
• To have a full understanding of a cross range of personal lines insurance products; motor insurance, household insurance, van insurance
• Dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone
• Building solid customer relationships
• Dealing with mid term adjustments, amendments and general office administration
• Taking details and progressing insurance claims
• Identifying any potential opportunities to cross sell other products
• Working as part of a proactive sales team 

 The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in the insurance sector, financial services or a similar target driven environment. Face to face customer service experience is also desirable. Full product training will be provided along with the support towards attaining professional industry qualifications (CII).

Hours 8.30am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday  and Saturday mornings to 12.30pm
Location: Dunstable
