Our client was established in 1969 and serves the investment needs of individuals, institutions and
advisers in markets outside the Americas, providing mutual funds, defined contribution pensions, segregated portfolios and multi-manager products.
The purpose of the Coordinator is to provide advanced organisational and administrative support to our Equity Portfolio Managers, Equity Research Analysts and equity support teams. The duties include extensive diary management, meeting organisation, complex travel arrangements, printing reports and general administration duties. The Coordinator plays an important role in the investment process.
Your key accountabilities
*Organise broker, company and internal / external meetings
· Prepare and distribution of appropriate information for meetings
· Maintain and proactively manage Microsoft Outlook diaries
· Organisation of complex travel schedules
· Organise, prioritise and manage daily work load using own initiative
· Completion of expense reports
· Creation and maintenance of excel spreadsheets containing company reporting dates
· Effectively handle telephone calls and manage emails
· Liaise extensively with internal / external contacts
· Administration tasks (eg. printing reports, distributing post, faxing, filing, scanning)
· Working effectively within a team and provide cover for colleagues when necessary
· Additional ad hoc requests when required
