The UK's second largest defence electronics suppliers and one of the worlds most innovative companies is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temp basis.
Pay rate: £30-36.50 per hour (dependant on experience)
Assignment length: ongoing
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Purpose of position:
To provide professional financial support to the Financial Controller, Operations site team. Control and coordination of planning and budgeting processes and programmes.
Duties will include:
- Assist in migration of financial information to new Oracle
- Reconciliation, data cleansing, migration
- Provide financial support and analysis to the properties functional cost centre managers
- Agree and maintain action plans/metrics with managers to ensure that targets are met. Support overhead reviews
- Work with properties team to develop & present business cases and investment plans
- Support development of improved financial processes
Skills required:
- Commercially and financially aware
- CIMA or ACCA qualification or equivalent
- Experience in functional cost management, business case development, analysis and reconciliation essential
- Ability to interact with non-financial managers and staff
- Advanced Excel skills
- Oracle experience would be an advantage
