£12,103 per annum - Initial period of 3 months with a view to possibly going permanent (This is 35 hours per week to be fully flexible Sunday – Saturday 5am – 9pm (our client may
consider part time 20 or 25 hours)

Our financial services client has an exciting opportunity for 2 Authorisation Agents to respond to cheque authorisation calls from their clients exclusively located in France and to process data accordingly. Based from their offices in Birmingham, they are offering £12,103 plus bonus.

Utilising your excellent communication skills you will promote a professional and excellent image of the company whilst providing administrative support to the department and dealing with calls from French customers and consumers.

The successful candidate for this role will speak French to a fluent level and have the efficiency to work under pressure. With your responsible attitude you will possess the impeccable interpersonal skills required for this customer based role. You will have the ability to work effectively on your own and also as part of a team. In order to be successful within this role you must have a flexible approach to working hours and ideally possess previous customer service experience. An excellent telephone manner is essential with a good understanding of IT applications including word and excel.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive and proactive team player as a Customer Service Representative. The purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service by working effectively with external customers and internal groups.

Within this varied role, you will manage the customer service activities for a portfolio of designated clients. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable customer service experience in sales and distribution as well as the ability to think through a problem logically and use initiative to identify and deliver improvements in the role. The successful candidate will have good IT skills and a knowledge of SAP SD would be an advantage.

Our client is looking for an outstanding professional who has a strong, service orientated style and can provide the highest levels of customer service at all times. The role entails dealing with a variety of cultures and time zones necessitating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a result, fluency (written and spoken) in English PLUS a minimum of two additional languages from Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish and French is essential.
