&lt;p&gt;Our&lt;br /&gt;client is the UK&amp;rsquo;s leading dental corporate with 500 practices across the UK.&lt;br /&gt;They have experienced consistent growth over the last 5 years and plan to&lt;br /&gt;maintain this development as the major corporate player in NHS Dentistry.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;p&gt;An&lt;br /&gt;exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an extremely competent PA&lt;br /&gt;to join their team based in Bolton. Within this high profile role, you will&lt;br /&gt;provide excellent support to our operations, clinical services and business&lt;br /&gt;capability directors. This is a pivotal role and requires a PA who can work and learn on their own&lt;br /&gt;and be proactive in finding solutions in a professional manner.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With&lt;br /&gt;excellent typing skills to produce letters, minutes, reports, and spread sheets&lt;br /&gt;you will be the first point of contact when answering telephone queries and&lt;br /&gt;relaying accurate messages. Using your excellent planning and organisational&lt;br /&gt;skills, you will provide full diary management and excellent attention to&lt;br /&gt;detail, as you will be responsible for taking and circulating the meeting&lt;br /&gt;minutes, ensuring that all follow up actions are carried out. You will also be&lt;br /&gt;required to organise and manage all travel arrangements including global travel&lt;br /&gt;and accommodation, providing and processing the expenses.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The&lt;br /&gt;successful candidate for this role will have worked in a similar position&lt;br /&gt;previously and have experience of providing high quality PA support at Director&lt;br /&gt;level. With customer service awareness you will be a team player and will have&lt;br /&gt;the discretion to deal with information confidentially and in a sensitive&lt;br /&gt;manner. You will be self-motivated with a positive approach to work and&lt;br /&gt;excellent communication skills. In order to succeed within this role you must&lt;br /&gt;have previous event planning, calendar management and executive meeting experience.&lt;br /&gt;It is essential that you have excellent Microsoft Office skills including&lt;br /&gt;powerpoint and be able to work on your own initiative and plan and prioritise&lt;br /&gt;your workload.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please&lt;br /&gt;note that the successful candidate must be flexible with working hours as you&lt;br /&gt;will be required to attend external conferences and often travel and stay overnight&lt;br /&gt;with some weekends too.&lt;/p&gt;
