Full-time Mobile Doctor Advisor positions are available in our client&amp;rsquo;s expanding call centre in Blackpool. This could be an ideal post if you are looking to gain some experience working within the legal sector interacting with some of the largest law firms in the UK.
   
You will be responsible for administering the day-to-day customer service function; comprising but not exclusively of effective call management, processing, customer care and support. You are responsible for creating an excellent &amp;lsquo;customer journey&amp;rsquo; at every interaction and providing a single point of contact for our client&amp;rsquo;s customers.&amp;nbsp; 
   
The key focus of the role is to respond to customer requests, interpret and articulate their requirements to ensure an effective solution is provided either directly or escalated for further action. 
   
As a competent Mobile Doctors Advisor it is important that you maintain and continually improve the customer experience. Your main objective as a Mobile Doctors Advisor is to create, build and maintain relationships with customers which exemplify the brand values, enabling the delivery of excellent customer service that satisfies the business objectives.
   
It is essential that candidates have previous experience in a customer-focussed role, ideally in a call centre environment.&amp;nbsp; With excellent literacy and numeracy skills, you will be proficient in and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows programmes.
