&lt;p&gt;Currently seeking Customer Advisors to join a Human Resources Shared Service team within a retail organisation, based in Salford Quays, Manchester. As a Customer Advisor, you will contribute towards the team&amp;rsquo;s aim to exceed its customer&amp;rsquo;s expectations consistently by resolving their queries at the first point of contact, whether via email or phone. This role attracts a salary of &amp;pound;15,000.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Acting within the customer service principles the Customer Advisor will resolve any HR service queries providing accurate information and support in a confidential and discreet manner (HR knowledge is not required). Ensuring customer satisfaction through service levels you will proactively develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. Supporting colleagues with a timely and constructive approach you will contribute to positive working relationships within the team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In this fast paced environment the Customer Advisor will achieve defined performance management KPI&amp;rsquo;s along with identifying progress areas for personal development whilst simultaneously improving the service.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This Purchase Ledger Administrator role requires you to carry out work on the purchase ledger including document entry, checking and filing, statement reconciliations, payment administration and query handling. The Purchase Ledger Administrator will also allocate cash paid to the appropriate account and match this to invoices and produce accruals for quarter end processes. Other duties will include managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The ideal Purchase Ledger Administrator will be fully computer literate and experience of Sage Line 500 would be beneficial. Our client is looking for a candidate who will easily fit in with their organisation and become a fully integrated and contributing employee for the full 9 months they are with them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In return for your dedication on offer is 22 days holiday per year plus bank holidays (pro rata).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
