Project Administrator - Insurance- SII Validation

Project Administrator - SII Model Validation - required to join a market leading global Insurance organisation based in Central London.
Salary upto 27500 pa + benefits. Ideally you need to have insurance industry experience and knowledge of Solvency II

If you are a Project Administrator with strong organisation skills gained within the insurance industry, this could be an ideal role to progress your career within a global market leading organisation.

As a SII Model Validation Project Administrator, you will assist with the implementation of project plans, including maintenance of central documentation and status reports, providing appropriate administrative support as required.

You will provide administrative support including:
preparing papers for meetings;
photocopying;
minute taking;
attending external meetings, presentations and workshops as required.

- Organise regular agent meetings for and on behalf of the Project Manager, and attend as required to record actions/minutes.

- Keep records of Managing Agent's (MAs) progress towards completion, individually and collectively, maintaining appropriate metadata for all submissions.

- Review MAs' draft and final documentation, liaising as necessary to ensure that progress is continuous and timely.

- Help plan/arrange briefings and workshops for the market.

- Undertake ad hoc tasks/project as requested by the Project Manager.

Essential skills/experience required:
- Demonstrable knowledge of technology and standard desk top packages including: MS/Excel, MS/Word and MS/PowerPoint.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines.

- Excellent administration skills and good attention to detail.

- Sound numerical capabilities.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work well as part of a small team.

Desirable:
- Ideally, you'll also have working knowledge of SharePoint.

- A basic knowledge of insurance, the Lloyd's Market and Solvency II would also be advantageous.

This role is a 6 month fixed term contract initially and paying a salary upto 27500 for the ideal candidate.

Baggage Handler / Ramp Service Agent Job Description:

Airport baggage handlers are responsible for marshalling aircraft in the gate, loading, unloading and sorting freight and baggage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Baggage Handler - Ramp Agent:
Responsible for maintaining safety and security of the ramp at all times
Monitor customer safety during boarding and deplaning, and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
Marshall aircraft on the ramp (includes directing, assisting and parking all arriving, departing and towed aircraft)
Transfer baggage to all airlines
Observe safe ground handling procedures and maintenance of ground handling equipment, including the performance of equipment checks
Comply with all safety procedures and Station Policies
Responsible for courteous, prompt, accurate and careful handling of customer baggage, airfreight and COMAT (continuous lifting, loading/unloading, sorting & transfer of baggage, freight, COMAT)
Service aircraft as needed (aircraft lavatories, portable water, window wash, de-icing and commissary items
Assist in ramp set-up and storage of equipment and baggage
Constant communication with Operations, Flight Crew personnel and other ground personnel
Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor and Manager

Other information
Must have a Full UK Clean Driving licence
Must be able to pass a colour blind Test
