      <description>The UK leader in brand, retail and POS solutions by adopting a business model based on customer service is seeking an Stock Administrator to join their expanding team in Redditch, West Midlands.

As Stock Administrator you will:
•	,Build and maintain client relationships.
•	,Be a key contact to clients regarding all stock and distribution queries.
•	,Provide clients with regular and ad hoc stock and usage reports ensuring all are validated and accurate.
•	,Communicate, track and monitor all stock. 
•	,Be the key contact for all Logistics and stock queries.
•	,Provide feedback any POS issues from Helpline.
•	,Escalate any stock issues to Production Manager or Warehouse Team.
•	,Advise Helpline of any stock issues or key stock information required to assist with customer orders or queries
•	,Advise New Stores team of any stock issues or key stock information.
•	,Assist Collate and Pack/Despatch Manager to ensure all stock required for despatch is available.
•	,Assist client with organising store surveys and call-backs when required.
•	,Handle client disappointment or complaints professionally and effectively.
•	,Work with other departments to help deliver continuous improvement initiatives that drive cost &amp; process efficiencies.
•	,Set an example to the rest of the team ensuring positive attitude &amp; excellent working relationships within the team.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:
•	,Previous experience within an Administration or Customer Service role.
•	,Excellent Communication Skills.
•	,Customer Friendly and focussed.
•	,Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail essential.
•	,High degree of computer literacy (Microsoft excel essential)
•	,Proven history in a customer service environment.
•	,Ability to adhere to deadlines.
•	,Conscientious and confident.
•	,Reliable.
•	,Flexible.

This is a full time role working 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday on a 9 month fixed term contract covering Maternity leave.  

In return you will receive a salary of up to £15,000 per annum pro-rata dependant on skills and experience.
