      <description>Our client provides award winning housing &amp;amp; personal support services to over 17,000 households across the South. Employing more than 1200 staff, our client is seeking a highly organised, efficient and motivated part-time Admin Assistant to provide administration support to the Chief Executive&amp;rsquo;s team, reporting directly to his PA.The role is varied with good scope for self-development. Principal duties include all types of administration including maintaining records and files, assisting with document production, processing invoices, greeting visitors, preparing rooms for meetings and assisting with making bookings on conferences.To be successful in this role you will be highly confidential and discreet, organised, proactive, adaptable, forward thinking, approachable and with a good eye for detail.The role is part-time, 18.5 hours per week preferably over five days, with flexibility to work extra to cover the PA&amp;rsquo;s holidays as required.The closing date for applications is Tuesday 28th May 2013.Your duties as an Admin Assistant will include: 
General administration including maintaining records and files, assisting with document production, processing invoices, and assisting with bookings for conferences.Greeting visitors and preparing rooms for meetings.Data entry.Analyse &amp;amp; interpret data for use in reports.Production of high quality reports &amp;amp; documents.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualities:
Experience providing a wide range &amp;amp; high standard of admin support.Have a flexible approach to working.Have a thorough understanding of the MS Office package (preferably experience using Office 2007 or later).Good written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, efficient, able to work on own initiative.
Salary and Reward Package:
Salary up to &amp;pound;9,500 (&amp;pound;19,000 pro rata)25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)Pension schemeFlexi-time</description>
