&lt;p&gt;Our client is the largest independent&lt;br /&gt;converter of PET in the UK and has an exciting opportunity for a Customer&lt;br /&gt;Service Manager to join their team in either Leeds or Tenbury Wells offering a&lt;br /&gt;salary of &amp;pound;40,000.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This role as Customer Service Manager develops the organisation&amp;rsquo;s&lt;br /&gt;understanding of what customers really need, particularly in the area of&lt;br /&gt;deliveries, stock holding, future volumes and product quality.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Reporting to the commercial director, as the&lt;br /&gt;Customer Service Manager you will run the order taking and processing system to&lt;br /&gt;ensure that orders are taken quickly and accurately, acting as a point of&lt;br /&gt;contact for customers who have queries or complaints. The Customer Service&lt;br /&gt;Manager will be leading a small team of internal sales/customer service staff&lt;br /&gt;and a logistics administrator, you will also be working with the sales force to&lt;br /&gt;develop and improve customer forecasting.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Our ideal candidate as Customer Service&lt;br /&gt;Manager will have experience in a similar role in a food or packaging supply&lt;br /&gt;chain, and will be able to understand, use and develop business processes and systems.&amp;nbsp; Ideally as the Customer Service Manager &amp;nbsp;you will have used AS400 based systems and&lt;br /&gt;planning systems. With the ability to lead a team of direct reports, you will&lt;br /&gt;be an exceptional communicator with the ability to both influence and&lt;br /&gt;negotiate. Above all, you will be a commercially minded, customer focused&lt;br /&gt;individual who is committed to delivering products and service of the very&lt;br /&gt;highest standard.&lt;/p&gt;
