Removals / Move Sales Coordinator, Bath. This role is for a fantastic national brand who specialise in removals and storage. They are seeking a Removals / Move Sales Coordinator with exceptional customer service skills for their Bath office.

JOB PURPOSE
* To secure new revenue streams by professionally managing customers taking them from enquiry to acceptance and offering a superior customer support service.
* The Removals / Move Sales Coordinator will proactively and reactively assist in the sales process of generating profitable revenue by managing the costs of each move.
* Working closely with the Sales Consultants to ensure effective appointment booking.
* Handling the move from booking, arranging sales calls, follow-ups, pre move customer liaison, invoicing and after sales service.
* The Removals / Move Sales Coordinator will be seen as the key customer contact point.
* Working as part of the team and sharing leads between business units and adding value to the customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Respond promptly to all customer enquiries
* Liaising with Sales Consultants to arrange sales visits
* Sell the features and benefits of our clients’ products and services
* Assist in developing target markets for a variety of marketing initiatives
* Producing written sales quotations, personalised sales letter and sales literature
* Send welcome letters to new customers to help build the rapport
* Deal quickly and professionally with internet, fax and telephone enquiries.
* Capture enquiry customer details and attempt to convert these into booking an appointment
* Inform other Business Units such as Corporate and Business Services of potential sales leads
* Take payment at the point of booking where appropriate
* Liaise with Operations to ensure bookings are made and acceptance administration is completed
* Carry out full post acceptance customer support, including move plan confirmation, customer briefing, invoicing, debt collection and post move customer de-briefing.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Previous telesales / call centre experience
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good negotiating and influencing skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* PC literate – Outlook, Word and Excel etc
* Good customer service skills
* Ability to understand both customer and competitive environments

As Removals / Move Sales Coordinator, you must be a proactive team player with the ability to remain calm and maintain a professional approach in difficult situations. You will also be confident under pressure, organised with good planning and prioritising skills and be a flexible, approachable, motivated and friendly person.

The salary for this role will be £15,000 to £16,000 pa.
