Educated to G.C.S.E level or equivalent, you will be a confident&lt;br /&gt;user of Microsoft packages and be a confident keyboard user. Previous&lt;br /&gt;experience of a call centre environment is desirable but not essential.&lt;/p&gt;

You will&lt;br /&gt;be responsible for managing an allocation of claims whilst providing a high&lt;br /&gt;level of customer care to internal and external customers alike. You must&lt;br /&gt;possess an excellent phone manner, a high level of data entry accuracy and the&lt;br /&gt;ability to deal with complaints in an efficient and professional manner.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Within the Claims Advisor role you&lt;br /&gt;would be required to be educated to G.C.S.E level or equivalent, a confident&lt;br /&gt;user of Microsoft packages and a proficient keyboard user. You must be a&lt;br /&gt;tenacious and driven individual who is able to effectively communicate both&lt;br /&gt;orally and written. Assertive in your approach, you essentially must be a&lt;br /&gt;confident negotiator. With a real drive and motivation you will ensure you are&lt;br /&gt;able to make decisions in line with meeting set targets. The ability to work on&lt;br /&gt;your own initiative as well as part of a team is also essential.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Previous experience of negotiation&lt;br /&gt;and recovery within the motor insurance industry is desirable but not essential&lt;/p&gt;
