Our client is the largest independent operator of franchised motor car dealerships in the UK. Selling a broad range of new and used motor cars and commercial vehicles, our client represents over 20 volume brands including Citroen, Fiat, Ford, Nissan, Renault, and is the largest Vauxhall retailer in the UK. Today our client represents over 180 volume dealerships with a nationwide coverage spanning all parts of the UK.

Our client currently has an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their team at their Ford dealership in Ashton: under: Lyne.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Ordering and invoicing vehicles.
Stock management, stock checks.
Taxing vehicles and controlling vehicle transportation.
Supporting and providing a quality service to the sales function within the dealership is an essential part of the job role.

The successful candidate will be a team player who possesses excellent communication and administrative skills. You will also be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

Formed in 1996, our client is the UK's leading specialist in providing monitoring and management services to the petrol retail industry as well as to other sectors. The company has grown steadily and now employs over 95 office and field based staff in the UK.

Excellent, accurate data analysis and timely action is central to our client’s monitoring and wet stock management systems. With this in mind, they are now looking to recruit additional Data Analysts (Loss Investigation) to join them at their Head Office in Skelmersdale.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for providing on the ground, day to day analysis and support to customers; analysing data from a designated number of sites, ensuring any variances flagged up on Exception Reports are investigated and action taken within agreed timescales.

Our client is looking for great all-rounders, capable of delivering excellent customer service, being highly numerate and IT literate, with a passion for problem solving and the confidence to take responsibility for investigations whilst liaising with petrol station owners and major oil company executives. Comprehensive in-house training will be provided. Graduates will also be considered for this role.
