Our client is a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider focused on delivering complete design, engineering and manufacturing services to a range of industries.

They currently have an opportunity for a Materials Support Administrator to join them to provide support within the consumer materials team for Forward Stock Location (FSL) and Repair Line (RL) planning, and for transfer of other stock between locations.

Within the role you will assist with the identification of requirements for stock to be transferred to FSL's and RL's, uploading requirements to the Red Prairie warehouse management system and tracking all warehouse transfers from start to receipt to ensure reporting and exceptions are managed. Monitoring and reporting for internal and external purposes on flipped or missed line route cause analysis, you must develop and prepare Level of Fill and backlog projections for all sites and support other customer report requests.

Candidates for this role must have excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills ideally within a similar role, combined with strong excel skills. Experience of dealing with stock control or inventory management systems is essential and a background of working with SAP/MRP/Xelus type systems would be a distinct advantage. Although experience of working with Red Prairie or a similar WMS would be beneficial for the role, this is not an essential requirement.
