Corporate Financial Company in Canary Wharf are looking for 2 Web Publishing Associates to start ASAP. They are looking for someone to join a team of web contact publishers as they are launching a new site and there is a lot of work to be done before the launch. They are looking for candidates with Vignette and CMS experience, ideally Vignette 8 or 8. Interwoven, Teamsite and Sharepoint are desirable in this role as they are the main packages this company utilises. Duties include Working with the business to help them publish on website and intranet. Supporting the business in their use of Vignette CMS Developing and maintaining a range of small web projects on behalf of the business Interpreting the clients brief and translate this into a set of clearly defined deliverables Enhancing concepts Responding to user enquiries, comments and suggestions. Ensuring that publishing requests are considered and implemented within the SLA Supporting the companies policy and best practice in the area of web content management, with particular emphasis on the user experience. Assisting in development of required procedures and processes for the new Web Content Management system - Vignette. Understanding the importance of analytic tools (such as Google analytics) and wider digital media (blogs, social media, videos etc) and use these to support the business and their objectives and improve the quality and user engagement of our sites. Being an enthusiastic and valued member of the Web Publishing team. Technical Proven experience of using CMS Understanding of what makes a great website and the ability to work with the business to understand their needs and recommend the best way to satisfy them through our websites or wider digital offering Experience of gathering user requirements, setting out of plans for delivery and delivery of such requirements. HTML, Dreamweaver and photoshop desirable Please note only successful candidates will be contacted.
