About the role

We are currently seeking a general warranty administrator to check and scan warranty claim paperwork to out central warranty hub. Duties to include the following.

  • Well organised with an attention to detail.
  • Checking warranty claim paperwork to ensure it is complete prior to scanning and sending to the central warranty hub.
  • Printing relevant clocking's when required for repairs carried out from our time management system
  • Checking all technicians and workshop control write ups have been added to the job card.
  • Checking all customer complaint codes have been added correctly
  • Checking workshop control has added the necessary repair times to the jobcard.
  • Scanning and sending all paperwork directly to the warranty hub for claims submission.
  • Liaising with the warranty hub and dealing with any returned claims query's to site resolving any issues and returning them to the hub in a timely manner.
  • A self-starter who is able to work under their own initiative, multi task and achieve deadlines.
