This employer are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join their Warehouse Team based in Suffolk Park, Bury Saint Edmunds. The ideal candidate will be a good team player, enjoy working in the warehouse, and want to be part of a dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the operations team with the management of the order processing function, which includes duties such as data recording, shipping, platform management and liaising with external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Processing orders on a daily basis ensuring that all parcels have been despatched in line with agreed SLA's.
- Contacting transport companies to coordinate collections and delivery to customers.
- Monitoring and updating data into the Warehouse Management System.
- Collection and inputting of various other data onto manual recording systems.
- Effective teamwork and communication with the warehouse operations team.
- Liaising with external partners.
- Management of online partner platforms.
- Ensuring a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Following the 5s warehouse standards.

Required skills

- Have excellent numeracy, literacy, and organisational skills.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
- IT competent with excellent Excel skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Comprehensive understanding of health safety procedures.
- Minimising stock loss.
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team.
- Flexible with hours and able to work weekends.
