Our Client offer a London-based commercial moving and storage service. They are the market leaders and have held the largest share of the UK’s business moving market for more than ten years, expanding their services by responding to the needs of their customers.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator / Customer Service Assistant to join their small team at their Thurrock site where you will provide administrative support to the Warehouse function, as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

Within the role you will assist in the smooth day to day running of the Warehouse to include booking deliveries and collections, and storage administration. Liaising with clients, ensuring all queries are dealt with satisfactorily and in a timely manner, you will assist with the raising and checking of all related invoices, keeping computer records updated.

They are looking for someone who is highly organised, can prioritise and has a good attention to detail. With administrative experience, you will be an excellent communicator who can provide an high level of customer service at all times, both on the phone and via email.

Data management is a key part of the role, and whilst full training will be given on their system, it is essential that you are IT literate and can work comfortably with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
