Vehicle Warranty Administrator / Service Administrator required for Commercial Vehicle Depot in the Billingham area
Salary in region of £17.500
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 17.00pm
Plus Month End Saturday
We're looking for an organised and methodical Administrator to join our client's Commercial Vehicle Dealer in the Billingham area. This is a full-time and permanent role.
The ideal candidate will have Motor trade knowledge and experience and have a sound aftersales background, ideally with previous Warranty Admin experience. Good attention to detail and strong IT skills are a must! Experience using Kerridge or Pinnacle, and a full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
The role involves processing warranty claims and handling warranty enquiries, as well as aged debt management, processing parts returns, generating reports and general Service Administration tasks.
