Vehicle Contact Centre Advisor
Salary: £17,000 - £24,000 OTE
You'll be an experienced Contact Centre Advisor within a retail environment. You'll be able to point to an impressive sales track records month in month out, whilst also ensuring the highest level of CSI. At least 2 years' experience as a Contact Centre Advisor ideally within a retail environment, within an automotive environment would be a distinct advantage
A strong background in administration

About the role
This role is within the Contact Centre for a large motor dealer group. Working within a growing team facilitating the needs of customers Vehicle servicing bookings, you will be involved in liaising with Brand partners, customers, and technicians coordinating the numerous workshops to ensure that customers are able to book in their vehicles as soon as possible, and ensuring that courtesy cars are available. The role involves a degree of selling service plans as well as responding to, and dealing with customer enquiries and complaints. This is a high pressure, the focus of which is on delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
£8.47 per hour
37.5 hour week 8-4.30 or 9.30 - 6pm on a rota
1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 1pm paid at overtime x1 rate
