About the role

We are now looking to recruit a talented vehicle administrator to join us in our busy Tyneside Audi dealership to support with the day to day running of our operations department in providing high quality administration support to our sales executives. Duties will include vehicle invoicing, taxing new vehicles, completing vehicle security checks, ensuring systems are kept up to date and accurate.

This is a maternity cover for a period of 12 months.

About you

You will be someone who takes pride in high standards, has experience working in an administration role within the car sales industry and the ability to deal with a variety of responsibilities. A working knowledge of Kerridge is advantageous. Self-motivation and strong organisation skills will be your strength and you will be able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people.
