Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support are currently recruiting for a UK & Export Sales Coordinator on behalf of a key client in Chesterfield.
The business, who are incredibly successful and firmly established in the manufacturing arena, pride themselves on their unique and sought after offering, the delivery of first class customer service and that they are structured in a manner which allows them to completely manage their global presence.
The purpose of the role is provide an efficient and complete service with regard to the delivery of an outstanding customer experience as well as being responsible for the export of international shipments. To be successful in the role you will comfortable in fast paced, challenging environments. Due to the demands of the workloads and an ever changing list of tasks it is essential you have the organisational skills to effectively manage the day to day conflicting priorities and ensure all accounts are managed accordingly.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
-Order processing -First point of contact for all incoming enquiries, telephone and electronically -Creation and maintenance of business critical reports -Handling materials enquiries -Inventory -Planning -Stock management and maintenance -Organising shipments for export -Dealing with couriers -Letters of credit -Bills of laden
