Typist - Exeter
Our client is a well-established Accountants based in the South West providing support and business advice working alongside family-run businesses and individuals in Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset and beyond to provide a range of tax, accountancy and financial services. The company are currently seeking an experienced typist to support important business activities.
Produce accurate well-presented letters, file notes, reports and tables quickly and efficiently from audio dictation, typed drafts and e-mails.
Undertake clerical and administrative tasks as directed including maintenance of manual and computerised records and processing of documents.
Generate and submit dividends, shares, confirmation statements and any other changes to Companies House using their website.
Ensure the accurate and timely distribution of finished work.
Photocopying of documents when required.
Reception Cover as required
General Office cover as required : incoming and outgoing post, archiving and scanning, mailshots, etc.
At least 1 years’ experience audio typing
Experience with administrative tasks/ secretarial tasks required
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Company secretarial experience desired but not essential
Competent in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
