Our client is a multi-academy trust serving children aged 2 to 16. It is their aspiration to develop geographical hubs of schools that share their values and they have already made significant strides in achieving this aim.
They now have an opportunity available for a Trust Training Administrator to join them to work within the Trust’s training and development team; ensuring that its administration operates efficiently and effectively and facilitates the continuous development of its staff.
Co-ordinating training and development activities, including maintaining the Trust calendar of training events and sourcing and booking trainers and venues, you must maintain the Trust’s booking system, deal with all course enquiries and communicate with relevant external bodies as required.
Working with the Trust’s Director of CPD, you will evaluate, and quality assure the impact of the training provision and produce reports on training and development needs and events as requested; ensuring that all statutory requirements and deadlines are met so that trainees are able to successfully complete their external training programmes.
With previous experience of working in a training function and of working in a busy office environment providing a customer focussed administrative service, candidates should have a good general level of education and an understanding of teacher training needs/ programmes. An excellent eye for detail and the ability to finish jobs through to completion is essential.
A confident IT user, you must be able to work across sites as required, be a proactive team player who works with colleagues to provide a good service and be capable of coaching others in office protocols and systems.
The role is primarily based from the Ebor Academy Trust Business Centre however, the successful applicant will be alternating between Osbaldwick and Robert Wilkinson Primary Academy in Strensall as required. It is a term time only role, the actual salary is £18,000 - £19,850.
