We currently have a vacancy for a Transport Administrator to join our logistics team in Milton Keynes. Within this role, you will work alongside the Transport Manager, Administration Manager and a small team of Transport Administrators to maintain and improve our customer service levels.

Transport Administrator Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
You will provide administration functions to support the Transport Department in a fast-paced transport environment
+ Booking in deliveries with customers
+ Arranging supplier collections
+ Dealing with transport issues; both drivers and customers
+ Daily debrief with drivers
+ Dealing with email queries
+ Daily stock processes for outbound deliveries
+ Generating paperwork for outbound deliveries
We Are Looking For:
The successful candidate will need to be customer focused, providing excellent service at all times and it is essential that you are a good team player. Experience of SAP and Microsoft packages would be significantly advantageous. Transport knowledge would also be desirable but not essential.
