We are currently recruiting 2 Administrators to work within a transport office of a very busy delivery company based in Tamworth. Duties will include: Check, process and confirm deliveries and collections Allocate branch requests Print and organise trunk paperwork Print manifests for deliveries and print labels Check goods booked into DC Chase outstanding balances due Organise return of cancelled orders to store Processing QC check Assist in pick issues. General office duties include: Actioning and responding to e-mails from stores and other DCs Answering the telephone to deal with queries Liaising with transport and warehouse teams The general duties for assisting in warehouse duties will include; Location checks Cyclical counts Assisting in pick issues Suitable candidates must be able to work the following hours on a two week cycle: 6-3 or 6-2 if working the Saturday 9-6 or 9-5 if working the Saturday 11-8 or 12-8 if working the Saturday 6-11 Saturdays on a rota - at the moment this is working out that it is two Saturdays in 6 that are worked If you have previous experience and are available asap please contact us.
