Trainee Administrator / Trainee Administration Support
Due to continued growth our client is looking to recruit a Trainee Adminsitrator to join their team in Bristol. The main purpose of this role will be to support group administration processes and provide holiday cover for vehicle administration at their 4 dealerships.
Basic Outline of Duties:
• Perform vehicle administration tasks when the site administrators are absent - to include invoicing, vehicle registration, handover preparation, daily banking
• Purchase all used vehicles in to stock and prepare vehicle payments in a timely fashion
• Process all dealer transfers and demo/courtesy and pre-reg conversion to used vehicles
• Assist with maintaining the database
You would be primarily based in Bristol so this must be commutable. As this role will involve ad-hoc travel to all of their locations (Bristol, Swindon, WsM, Cheltenham) a full clean driving licence is required.
