Third Party Injury Claims Handler - Liverpool

The successful Personal Injury Claims Handler will be from the Legal or Insurance Sector and have a fantastic opportunity to join this well-established Specialist Insurance Litigation Practice and progress your career.
You will have experience of working in the Legal or Insurance environment handling RTA/EL/PL third party injury claims within agreed authority levels on an “enabling” Case Management system, regularly using damages awards research tools.
With a commercial attitude and excellent communications skills, you will be encouraged to take a pro-active, results oriented approach to claims, having a proven ability to make decisions on legal liability and assess damages with limited direct supervision.
