The Major Projects Support Operations Department is responsible for providing Estimating, Surveying, Drawing, and Order Processing support to the New Equipment Major Projects Business area. The business sectors include Retail, Commercial, Residential, Hospitals, and Transportation Facilities.

They are currently looking for a Tender & Document Controller to join their team.

The main areas of responsibility's in your role are to prepare Sales Tenders; this includes coordinating all inputs from Sales, Estimating, and Construction departments. The role also entails the policing of EN81 documentation, uploading and downloading document to and from third party document management control systems, various ACE activities within the department and general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Department.

Candidates should have excellent keyboard and administrative skills with experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. An excellent telephone manner and accurate, organised and thorough approach to work is essential for this position. The successful applicant should also display a positive attitude towards achieving customer satisfaction, be able to work under minimum supervision to deadlines and set own work objectives.
