Full time hours 37.5 Hours per week

Adref is a dynamic and forward looking homeless Charity that manages hostels and provides high quality tenancy support services in the Rhondda Cynon Taff & Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council areas.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to provide tenancy related support to vulnerably housed individuals. Applicants should have an understanding of the issues around homelessness and empathy for the client group. Successful applicants will ideally have experience of providing support to a challenging client group, although this is not essential. However the ability to prioritise and manage a caseload is crucial as are good administration, negotiation and record keeping skills.

Access to a car and a full driving licence are essential.

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.

As well as a competitive salary, we offer a generous pension scheme and up to 30 days annual leave (+8 bank holidays).
