Key Accountabilities: -Distribution of stock and promotional materials to account managers and stores -Developing and maintaining a filing system for stock management both in-house and with an external storage company -Booking goods in -Gathering and maintaining a database of retailers -Ordering of office supplies -Providing general support to visitors -Liaising with and handling requests from various points of contact in the office
