Elevation Office Support are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Coordinator, to join a fast paced Manufacturing company in Rotherham.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established team, for one of our key clients, providing support with all aspects of sales administration and maintaining customer relations.

Key Accountabilities:
-Provide assistance to the sales team producing reports, spreadsheets, filing and general administration for the department
-Discuss quotations with sales team in terms of price and delivery
-Generate quotations ensuring costs are accurately recorded
-Liaise with customers on order requirements and timing
-Processing of sales orders and issue of sales contracts to customers.
-Key Account Management
-Liaise with the production department on prioritisation of orders in line with agreed customer requirements
-Liaise with shipping department on timing of shipments in line with customer requirements
-Stock management
-Processing and issuing of Purchase Orders
-Customer complaint handling
-Report on Customer Activities on a daily basis via internal reporting system
-Ensure safe working in all areas and in all aspects of the business
