Elevation Recruitment Group are currently looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join a key client based in Sheffield. The successful candidate must be immediately available to start week commencing 10th September.

This assignment will be for one weeks holiday cover.

Key Responsibilities:
-Meeting and greeting all visitors and ensuring they follow site introduction procedures
-Answering the phones in a professional and confident manner
-Maintaining a tidy reception environment
-Providing administration support on tasks such as maintaining filing systems and sending email correspondence
-Booking travel/accommodation for internal stakeholders

The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:
-A professional and friendly manner
-Previous experience within a similar position
-Good telephone manner
-Good computer based skills including basic excel
