Elevation Recruitment Group are currently looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join a key client based in Chesterfield and Nottingham. The successful candidate must be immediately available to start week commencing 12th July.
This assignment will be for one week with opportunity to be transferred to their second site for a further 2 weeks.
Key Responsibilities: -Meeting and greeting all visitors and ensuring they follow site introduction procedures -Answering the phones in a professional and confident manner -Maintaining a tidy reception environment -Providing administration support on tasks such as maintaining filing systems and sending email correspondence -Booking travel/accommodation for internal stakeholders
The successful candidate should possess the following attributes: -A professional and friendly manner -Previous experience within a similar position -Good telephone manner -Good computer based skills including basic excel
