Elevation Recruitment Business Support are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to work on a temporary basis for a well known business based in Doncaster. This vacancy requires an immediate start.

Key Accountabilities:
*Answer all incoming calls and transfer them to relevant staff members
*Take concise messages in the absence of the point of contact and to pass them on immediately via e-mail or voicemail
*Welcome all visitors and to let their point of contact know immediately, of their arrival
*Ensure that the correct health and safety procedures are followed for any visitors to the premises (ie signing in and out, issue of visitor passes, completion of H&S documentation)
*Remotely monitor and operate security access gates.
*Update the Reception Welcome Screen on a daily basis
*Receive company post, open, sort and distribute appropriately
*Frank all post and organise special deliveries and to ensure that mail is ready to be sent out daily in time for Royal Mail collection deadlines
*Check and sign for various deliveries for office departments
*Organise and prepare refreshments for visitors/meetings and customer visits
*Monitor appointments for the company meeting rooms
*Opens and/or closes the Reception area each day, including lighting and TVs
