Elevation Recruitment are currently working with a client based in Doncaster who are looking to hire a Temporary Receptionist.
This vacancy requires an immediate start.
Key Accountabilities: - Answer incoming calls (internal/external) as quickly as possible in a professional and effective manner and redirect to appropriate person/department. - Take any message and re-direct to appropriate person. - Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested by management. - Order office stationary as and when required. - Sorting and distributing posts. - Welcome visitors and advise appropriate person. - Arrange refreshments as necessary. - General admin duties as & when required e.g photocopying, laminating, franking post, faxing and e mail. - Other reasonable duties required on an ad hoc basis as requested by management.
