Description
Responsibilities :Obtain the planned work activity programme from Maintenance managers and correctly schedule the work
Obtain reactive work notification from fault desk, and on the basis of priority allocate the work directly to the appropriate technician
Wherever efficient and practical consolidate work into work packages to minimise the time spent by technicians in accessing the system
maximise the time allocated as tool time by allocation of work on the basis of minimising travel between jobs
Liaise with team managers on an on going basis to achieve the optimum use of resources
Experience Required
Full competence in operating windows based PC products
must have experience in MAXIMO
Understanding of maintenance terminology
