Elevation Business Support are currently working with a key client based in Chesterfield who are looking to recruit a Logistics/Commercial Administrator.
This role is temporary and the successful candidate will need to be immediately available to start.
Commercial: *Set up new Customer accounts in Vantage (liaise with other departments as appropriate) *Administrate pricing and price structures / increases *Resolution of customer pricing issues on Self Bills/Debit Notes/Invoices *Raise Credit Note Requests as appropriate *Maintain customer database as required *Raise Tooling Purchase Orders to Suppliers *Maintain tooling database *Raise tooling invoices to customers *Check prices on customer invoices for goods *Declarations of origin / Long Term Supplier Forms for customers *Customer Communications (e.g. Price Increase Letters) *Production Planning Schedules or Orders anomalies (prices, ship to addresses etc.) *Marketing (brochures/ memory sticks etc.) *Main customer contact point for production issues (with accepted orders / arrears) *Raise Proforma invoice requests
Logistics: *Raise Shipment Paperwork *Organise transport *Log express transport *Deal with Despatch discrepancies (SQPs, debit notes, credit notes) *Ad hoc parcel despatch *Customer Returns *Miscellaneous Transport Quotes *Transport tenders *Raise POs for transport
