Elevation Recruitment are currently supporting a key client with the recruitment of a Legal Administrator. This will be on a temporary basis.
-Efficient recovery of outstanding monies from debtors through the court system and deal with customer insolvencies -Work closely, internally with the credit control team and also externally with Solicitors, Insolvency Practitioners, debt recovery agents and the debtors themselves. -Reporting to the Legal Supervisor, you will handle your own caseloads and working to strict processes and deadlines and covering for other team members where necessary. -Work within the credit analysis team, where you help with the processing of confidential credit risk information -Analyse customer data from external credit agencies and be responsible for the assessment of account applications, credit increases and maintain customer account records.
