Elevation Recruitment are currently supporting a key client with the recruitment of a Temporary German speaking Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities: -Responsible for order management from sales order entry to delivery and invoice dispatch -Handle customer enquiries (pricing, stock availability, delays, short shipments, etc.) -Manage customer claims such as picking errors, damaged goods or pricing discrepancies -Liaise with our warehouses for shipping orders and receiving returns -Act as point of contact for the sales team, provide support to sales with documentation, reports & data as requested -Prepare export documents when applicable
