Our Client is an AIM-listed support services company providing services to offices and workplaces in the private and public sectors. There are two divisions, Document Management and Relocation and as a group they provide safe and secure services in document storage, cloud and media storage, document shredding, and commercial and workplace relocation.
Our Client is one of the UK’s leading on-site and off-site shredding companies, providing confidential document and data shredding services throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
They are now looking for a Customer Service and Help Desk Supervisor to join them where you will lead the internal Customer Service Team in the delivery of support to the major key accounts within the business.
Within the role you will work with the Depots and Sales to ensure a smooth running service, dealing with the escalation of client issues and keeping the team motivated. Assisting with the coaching and mentoring of team members, you will oversee weekly and monthly reporting for internal staff and will carry out team meetings, reporting back to the line manager.
They are looking for someone who has leadership skills and is customer focused. With an industry and product knowledge, you will be able to work to strict deadlines and meet your targets under pressure. Excellent communication skills are essential as is having good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE A-C equivalent), but above all you will have a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
