Elevation Recruitment Business Support are currently working with a key client supporting them with the recruitment for a Customer Service and Complaints Handler.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fantastic business located in Chesterfield.
Initially this will be a 4 month fix term contract.
Key Accountabilities: -Provide a telephone & written high level of customer service to both B2B & B2C segments. -Manage and resolve open customer cases -Manage high level Customer Service Query's, Complaints & Escalations -Provide a support service to third party outsource team -To work as a collected team with other case workers providing a seamless multifunctioning unit. -Manage the Hub maintenance and updates
