Elevation Business Support are currently working with a Manufacturing Business based in Chesterfield who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a Temporary on-going basis.
The successful candidate will need to have experience working within a fast-paced Customer Service role ideally within a large busy office environment.
Key Accountabilities: -Support a busy Sales Team with Quotes/Orders -Dealing with all inbound telephone queries -Resolution of all account queries -Carry out all administration office duties and general administration tasks -Maintain records systems inputting information onto the system -Dealing efficiently with incoming and outgoing mail -Assist/support with the administration
