Our Client is an AIM-listed support services company providing services to offices and workplaces in the private and public sectors. There are two divisions, Document Management and Relocation and as a group they provide safe and secure services in document storage, cloud and media storage, document shredding, and commercial and workplace relocation.
Our Client is one of the UK’s leading on-site and off-site shredding companies, providing confidential document and data shredding services throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
They are now looking for Cash Allocations clerks to join their team on an eight week contract where you will co-ordinate all cash allocations accurately.
Ensuring cash allocation is only one day behind bank entries, you will manage all allocation queries to a successful outcome whilst also managing refunds and transfers between divisions. Reconciling credit card payments and ensuring all client remittances are saved in the agreed location, you will work closely with the Credit Control, Invoicing and PO teams, ensuring a high standard of work at all times.
They are looking for people who have excellent understanding of accounting methods and accounts structures. With advanced Excel skills and a high attention to detail, with an emphasis on process, you will have excellent organisation and planning skills. A finance qualification such as AAT would be an advantage but is not essential.
