Elevation Business Support are currently supporting a key client with the recruitment for a 1st Line Support Technician to work on a temporary basis based in Sheffield.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
-Provide Level 1 & 2 Technical Support to the Group's users across all of the sites -Configure and install client PCs, printers and any other necessary communication devices -Monitor and maintain company servers -Monitor and maintain the company systems -Monitor and administer company telephone and mobile phone system
